Goldenseal (Hydrastis canadensis) is a perennial herb native to eastern North America. Its roots and leaves have been used in traditional herb that people have used it for a long time.The plant grows in moist woods and damp meadows, reaching heights of 10-30 inches with green, lobed leaves during the summertime. The May and June flowers are solitary, small, and white or rose-colored, followed by small raspberry-like berries containing many two-seeded drupes.As for usage, here’s how to prepare goldenseal leaves.
