Chicory seeds include both endive seeds and radicchio seeds. Both endive and radicchio are in the chicory family Cichorium. Endives are in the species Cichorium endivia, while radicchio varieties are all considered Cichorium intybus. All chicory seeds produce edible plants that will eventually have pretty blue edible flowers
